Most microwave repairs exceed half the price of a new one if it is a counter top microwave. So if it is a countertop one, it is not worth the repair, buy a new one. Same with microwaves above your range, without a trim kit. If you have a built in microwave with a trim kit, we recommend giving us a call to do the repair. Same with microwave ovens, those are usually higher end appliances, and worth having repaired.
